Return and Exchange Policy
Jabeenz takes care to ensure that all our goods are in perfect condition and guarantees a full refund for any return item(s) purchased through the online site within 7 days, once you receive your order. In case the product does not meet your expectations, we have the following policy for return and exchange or you may visit customer service at JABEENZ retail office for instant return & exchange, it is always recommended to call and book your appointment to save your time.
Step 1: Register online return request within 7 days. It can be done by accessing My account → Orders → return.
Step 2: Fill the form with valid justification and attach pictures of (defect, packing, condition).
Step 3: Once Jabeenz responds (usually takes 2 days). Send the product to the Jabeenz warehouse within 2 days at 934 Stockport Rd, Levenshulme, Manchester M19 3AB, United Kingdom.
Step 4: You will receive an email voucher within 2 working days of the item received and physically verified. The voucher is valid for 30 days.
Return must meet following conditions;
- Items must be unworn
- Tags must not be removed or damage
- Items must be in original packaging
- No refund on customized design and stitching
- No refund on sale items
- Postage may be charge, depend on the situation
- Must claim the same day, if received in damaged condition.
Step 1: Register online exchange request before it ships. It can be done by accessing My account → Orders → exchange.
Step 2: Select your item(s) and proceed to finish the order. If the new order is less than the previous one, you will receive a voucher over email of access amount. If the new order is greater than the previous one, you can proceed with the remaining payment.
Exchange must meet following conditions;
- No exchange on customized design and stitching
- No exchange on sale items
- The voucher is valid for 30 days.
Step 1: You may cancel the order online by accessing My account → Orders.
Amount will be return to you by email voucher.
- No order cancel once item is shipped
- No order Cancel on sale items
- The voucher is valid for 30 days.
If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to three weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods and deduct postage charges. If you still wish to receive these goods after the 3 week period is over, you will need to place a new order again and at the price listed on the website. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
